Arsenal legend, Ian Wright has clearly stated that Man United are up for a big challenge as the go up against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
He said Manchester United could be in for another chastening experience when they travel to West London on Sunday.
Manchester United’s last outing in the Premier League, a 4-1 defeat led to the sack of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on Sunday.
But Michael Carrick was in charge on a caretaker basis when Manchester United defeated Villarreal 2-0 in Tuesday’s Champions League.
Expectedly, the Red Devils are set to announce Ralf Rangnick on an interim basis within the next 24 hours.
“We’re dealing with the same backroom staff so yes you might get a bit of enthusiasm going because it’s Chelsea,” Wright said, according to Metro.
“But we’re talking about a Thomas Tuchel Chelsea side that is going to be ruthless with what they do. They’re not going to change. You’re going to have to deal with Reece James and what he can do.
“Unfortunately for Chelsea Kante might not be fit but if you’re organised and stay in your shape like Ole Man United where you’re probably going to breakthrough.
“I don’t know what they can do that’s going to curtail and stop Chelsea or slow them down for them to then impress themselves on Chelsea.
“I really do feel this could be another one of those games where it could be another big one for them again.”
