You’ll regret it all your life – Ballon d’Or winner advises Mbappe on joining Real Madrid

Jean-Pierre Papin, a former Ballon d’Or winner, has said that if Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe’s dream is to join Real Madrid, he has to go to Los Blancos; otherwise, he will regret it all his life.

Papin said this while revealing the conversation he had with Wilfried Mbappe, the father of Kylian.

Recall that Mbappe’s current deal with PSG will expire at the end of the season. The France World Cup winner is yet to sign a new contract with PSG.

Mbappe is keen to join Real Madrid from PSG this summer and Papin, who recently played a charity match at the Varietes Club de France with Wilfried Mbappe, told Eurosport: “If Kylian’s dream is to go to Real Madrid, he has to go to Real Madrid; otherwise, he will regret it all his life.” he recalled telling Wilfried about his son’s future with PSG.

Asked if he were in Mbappe’s place, what would he do, Papin added, “I would make my dream come true. You should never go against your dreams, you have to go for them. If that is where you want to go, you have to go.”

Champions League: They’ve brought a lot of energy – Ancelotti singles out two Real Madrid stars

Real Madrid boss, Carlo Ancelotti has singled out two Los Blancos stars, Rodrygo and Eduardo Camavinga, for praise after his side’s Champions League semi-final first-leg tie with Manchester City on Tuesday.

Ancelotti said Rodrygo and Camavinga have brought a lot of energy to Real Madrid squad.

The Italian said the pair are doing very well with their performances for Real Madrid so far this season.

The former Everton and Chelsea manager said this on Monday during conference.

“We are not going to decide the tie [Man City vs Real Madrid] tomorrow,” Ancelotti said.

“It will be decided at the Bernabeu, the question I have is whether to bet on three strikers or two. Rodrygo is doing well, Camavinga did very well and both have brought a lot of energy,” he added.
