Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, has confirmed that Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso will be available for selection ahead of Wednesday’s Champions League clash against Lille.
Azpilicueta has been battling with injury and illness, while Alonso tested positive for COVID-19.
Tuchel revealed only Reece James and Callum Hudson-Odoi remain injury doubts.
“Marcos is ready to start. Azpi is ready to start. We will try to have them (James and Hudson-Odoi) later in training but it will be a very tight race. We will take the decision after training.
“As you know, they were not involved and the injuries that they had, let’s see if it is worth the risk or even possible,” Tuchel told reporters at a press conference.
Chelsea hold a 2-0 advantage from the first leg, thanks to goals from Kai Havertz and Christian Pulisic.
