Chelsea have signed 15-year-old, Leo Cardoso from West Brom.
The youngster is widely regarded as one of the most talented prospects in England.
He plays for the Portugal u-16s and has also represented the England u-15s previously.
The Secret Scout has previously referred to him as ‘one of the best u-16s’
