Gary Neville predicts what Tottenham will do to Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal and Westham

Gary Neville has admitted that Antonio Conte has done a great job at Hotspur within the shortest period he has been in charge as the club manager.

According to Neville, Antonio Conte has done a great job since taking charge of Tottenham Hotspur and the progress hasn’t gone unnoticed by Gary Neville.

About the 2-2 draw with Liverpool, the Manchester United legend said on his podcast: “He’s a great manager, you can see the influence he’s had on this group.

“The energy compared to how they were before, the stadium is electric, and it was brilliant in here all the way through the game.

“You can see him on the touchline. The emotions. He cares passionately and is desperate to win.”

Neville added: “Were this team over the hill and were they spent under Mauricio Pochettino and as good as it can get? But they’ve shown a performance today that can tell us they can really be competitive and push for the top four.

“It will strike a little bit of fear into Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal, West Ham, all the others with aspirations to be up there. This Tottenham team are going to be real in the next four to five months.”

A single point is all that separates Tottenham [26 points] and United [27 points] in the Premier League standings. Conte was, of course, linked with becoming the United manager but things didn’t work out.

With games getting called off because of the Covid-19 outbreak, the Red Devils have missed a couple of opportunities to increase the gap.
