The captain is suspended for one match and will miss the trip to Chelsea after receiving a second yellow against Watford.

Still out with a thigh problem sustained during international duty. Expected to return in the first week of December.
Edinson Cavani
The 34-year-old has been struggling with a tendon problem and will be assessed further to check if he can face Chelsea.
Paul Pogba
Sidelined till 2022 thanks to an injury and is currently in Dubai for rehabilitation.
Luke Shaw
After a concussion in the Manchester derby, Shaw suffered a head injury against Watford. He didn’t travel to face Villarreal and is doubtful for the weekend as well.

The youngster has tested positive for the coronavirus and is self-isolating at the moment.
