Transfer: Man Utd reveals top priority signing under Rangnick

Manchester United has revealed the top priority signing under their interim manager, Ralf Rangnick in the January transfer window.

According to Fichajes, Wolves midfielder, Ruben Neves is Manchester United’s top transfer priority this year.

Neves would add more Portuguese creativity to Rangnick’s side.

With a struggling midfield that could see Man United lose Paul Pogba next summer, the Red Devils’ chiefs see Neves as the future heartbeat of their team.

Man United are said to have the 24-year-old as a key part of their agenda either this January transfer window or in the summer transfer window.

Neves was among the two players Manchester United reportedly shortlisted to solve Rangnick’s midfield problem.

Neves has just two years left on his contract with Wolves, and recently spoke about his desire to play Champions League football.

He could be tempted by the allure of playing for a club of Man United’s stature and considering the fact he has international teammates like Cristiano Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes at Old Trafford.
