Manchester United forward, Cristiano Ronaldo has told interim manager, Ralf Rangnick to change his tactical formation.
Ronaldo wants the German to play with two strikers in his system.
The 37-year-old has struggled lately, scoring just once in his last nine appearances.
Ronaldo endured another frustrating game as he failed to register a shot on target in their 1-1 draw with Atletico Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
According to The Athletic, the Portugal captain has already held a meeting with Rangnick, to propose that United play with two strikers in attack.
It is understood that Ronaldo believes the change will benefit both him and the team.
Rangnick is yet to adapt his system to accommodate Ronaldo’s request.
United have been without Edinson Cavani for the last two weeks due to a groin injury, while Rangnick uses Marcus Rashford, Anthony Elanga and Jesse Lingard in wider areas.
